What other information could be useful for your quote?
Shade sail - Measurements between each attachment point, diagonal measurements between each attachment point, post heights, roof heights, and indicate if you require shade cloth or waterproof.
Awning - Measurements (Width x Projection) - type fixed or retractable
Blind - Measurements (Width x Drop) - a photograph of where you propose to attach the blind (posts/beam/ceiling)
Bulk Material Orders - material type (shade cloth/waterproof) and purpose, width required, number of metres required
