Casotti Plumbers have been using Ascora for exactly 2 years now. I was first introduced to the software in January 2015 when I joined the company. I had previous experience with multiple CRM style platforms, and had a fair idea surrounding what is and isn’t required for a successful job management system.
It is safe to say we have had our ups and downs over the journey, however that is purely because there is so many different facets to Ascora and my vision is to have the perfect system for our business.
Ascora has grown to become one of the market leaders in its industry and there is very little that it cannot cater for. From tracking clients using its stringent customer database and in depth job source analysis, right through to its easy to use quoting/job scheduling engine and its thorough invoice/accounting tracking, there is very little (if anything) missed.
Being a fast growing and extremely powerful software there is always going to be hiccups along the way. However Courtney and his team's tech support has been second to none. Through thousands and thousands of emails, phone calls, text messages and face-to-face meetings, I always felt like they are a part of our team and here to help us improve our business as well as their own.
