Create Multiple Sites for a Customer

In Ascora, you can create multiple Sites under a main umbrella Customer Card.  This could be helpful when, for example, you are completing work for XYZ Pty Ltd however they have multiple different sites where you perform this work.  By creating Sites under the umbrella Customer Card, you are able to complete work against different Sites, yet maintain the ability to see all work completed (and invoices, etc) for the umbrella Customer XYZ Pty Ltd.

Choose the Customers Icon in the Top Menu to display the Customer List.

1.  Locate the applicable Customer and view the Customer Card.  On the Customer Card, choose the Sites Tab.

2.  Click the +New Site Customer button to create a new Site.

3.  Enter the details for the new Site.  You can use the Company Name field to easily help to differentiate the Site from the umbrella Customer (and/or other Sites).

4.  The new Site will be added to the Sites Tab. You can create a new Job for the Site directly from the Sites Tab of the umbrella Customer Card, or search for the Site in the Customer List as you would for a stand-alone customer.
